Lucky Toe

A severed toe, presumably belonging to someone very lucky. LCK+2 boosts all luck-based outcomes including crits and random procs, and ChanceToForceEvent can trigger specific events during the run. A useful neck piece for luck-scaling builds or runs that rely on event manipulation. Pairs well with other LCK items for stacking luck-dependent effects.

The ChanceToForceEvent passive is the more unusual of the two effects. It can trigger specific beneficial events — potentially causing recruitment events, shop encounters, or other outcomes that might not have appeared naturally. The exact event that can be forced depends on the game's current context, making it somewhat unpredictable but potentially run-altering if the right event triggers at the right moment.

The LCK+2 is the reliable daily driver; the event forcing is the lottery ticket. On a luck-focused build with the Mangy Wig and Furry Dice, adding Lucky Toe pushes the Luck total higher, spawning more Spiderlings per fight and improving crit rates. A reference to The Binding of Isaac's Lucky Foot item, which also granted Luck-based bonuses.
