Fart Face

Fart Face is a sidequest face armor from the Human Flesh item set that applies Poison 1 to every unit at the start of each battle — allies included. The indiscriminate cloud of toxins poisons the whole battlefield equally. Complete the sidequest to earn Robo Fart Face, which limits the poison to enemies only.

Poisoning all units including allies means every fight starts with your cats at a disadvantage — they are already taking Poison damage before any enemy acts. Cats with Poison resistance or immunity are unaffected by the friendly fire, and builds that can heal faster than poison ticks can absorb the damage. In fights with many weak enemies, the enemy Poison damage is a bonus; but the ally self-poison is always a cost.

During the Fart Face sidequest phase, equip it on a cat who has Poison resistance or access to healing that can offset the self-Poison. Keep your allies healthy through the sidequest and complete it as quickly as possible to earn Robo Fart Face's superior enemy-only version. The Human Flesh item set tag may interact with other set pieces for additional bonuses if you are pursuing a themed build.
