Healthy increases the elite enemy's maximum health by 20 points (unfilled, meaning they start as empty health that can be healed into) and grants +3 Health Regeneration per turn. The enemy has a red-tinted appearance. The +3 Health Regen means the elite passively heals 3 health at the end of each turn, gradually recovering any damage your team deals. The 20 additional max health gives the enemy a larger potential health pool if it manages to heal up.
Healthy turns fights into a race between your damage output and the enemy's passive healing. If your team deals less than 3 damage per round on average, the Healthy elite is effectively immortal since it outheals your damage. The extra 20 unfilled health means the enemy starts with a buffer it can grow into, and in prolonged fights, a Healthy elite can actually end up with more health than it started with. This is most dangerous on already-tanky enemies where the fight naturally runs long.
Burst damage that overwhelms the 3-per-turn regeneration is essential. Do not chip away slowly; instead, concentrate your team's attacks into focused bursts that deal significantly more than 3 damage per round. Healing-reduction effects or anti-regeneration abilities counter the regen directly if available. Poison and Burn damage-over-time can stack to outpace the healing. Avoid extending the fight unnecessarily, as every round gives the Healthy elite another 3 health back. Focus fire from multiple cats ensures your damage output exceeds the regeneration threshold comfortably.
