A rare head armor from The Core, part of the Human Flesh set. Grants +2 STR and -1 CHA. Critical hits inflict Fear on the target, making enemies less likely to act aggressively. At the start of each battle, a food pickup spawns on a random tile for your party. The combination of STR, fear-on-crit, and free food each fight makes the Human Scalp a strong offensive-sustain piece — wear it alongside the Human Hide and Human Face to complete the set.
