Human Face

A rare face armor from The Core, part of the Human Flesh set. Provides +2 CON and -1 CHA. Basic attacks apply a status effect, and a food pickup spawns at the start of each battle. The CON bonus adds durability to the offensive Human Flesh set, while the per-battle food spawn keeps your party stocked across The Core's back-to-back fights. Part of a set that rewards wearing all three Human Flesh pieces for layered offensive and sustain bonuses.

+2 CON increases maximum HP, which is particularly valuable late in the game where fights are longer and punishing. The on-hit status from basic attacks fires passively each time you swing, applying pressure beyond just raw damage. The food spawn at battle start from the Human Face, combined with the same spawn from the Hide and Scalp, means the full Human Flesh set generates three food pickups per fight — a substantial HP recovery engine over many encounters.

The Human Face is the durability piece of the set, providing the HP foundation that lets the other pieces' aggressive effects play out safely.
