Human Eye

A preserved human eye worn as a trinket that grants +2 Charisma. Charisma influences social interactions, recruitment outcomes, and certain ability checks throughout a run. +2 is a meaningful boost at uncommon rarity. Part of the Human Body set alongside Human Foot and Human Brain.

Charisma affects how NPCs respond to you in events, can unlock higher-CHA options in shop and encounter menus, and improves the odds on certain charm-based interactions. +2 CHA from a single trinket is one of the larger CHA bonuses at uncommon rarity. On a designated social cat that handles all NPC interactions, Human Eye stacks with Moustache (+1 CHA), Monocle (+1 CHA), and Bling (+2 CHA) to create a highly persuasive character.

Part of the Human Body set. In a full Human Body build, the Eye provides the Charisma stat that the other pieces don't cover — Brain covers INT, Foot covers Speed, Heart covers HP, Head covers all stats. The Eye's CHA contribution rounds out the set's generalist stat coverage across every major attribute.
