Golden Pickaxe

Exclusive to The Caves and part of the Miner item set, the Golden Pickaxe is a very rare melee weapon that does a lot more than deal 4 damage. It ignores shields on attacks, making it reliable against defensive enemies. Hitting static or inanimate objects destroys them and spawns a coin, and it passively generates a coin on a random tile at the end of each turn. The passive income stream is the standout feature — over a long fight, that adds up fast. A natural fit for Miner set builds and gold-focused strategies.
