A rare 1–3 use consumable dropped by the Stacy enemy. Each use grants 6 random stat ups and 3 random stat downs, then gives 3 Mutations at the end of combat. The net stat change is positive overall — 6 ups versus 3 downs — but the randomness means you might get hit in a critical stat. The 3 mutations per use are the real draw, making this a powerful mutation accelerant for builds that scale off mutation count or want specific mutation effects quickly.
