Jank Alloy Hat

A neck armor from the Jank Alloy set, the lowest tier in the alloy armor family. Provides +2 Shield with Brace and the Metal tag. Unlike the higher Alloy tiers, it lacks Thorns. No defined rarity suggests these pieces may not appear in standard loot tables.

Brace reduces the damage of incoming hits without retaliating, making this a purely passive defensive piece compared to the Thorns-equipped mid and higher Alloy tiers. +2 Shield is modest but functional. Metal conductivity applies as with all alloy items. Brittle means the piece will break from sustained hits, limiting its longevity despite the minor shield value.

The entry-level neck piece in the alloy armor line. In practice, the Jank Alloy set is outclassed by mid-tier Alloy as soon as those pieces become available. Best used as temporary early-run filler if regular Alloy isn't accessible, or when looking to complete a full low-tier Jank Alloy set.
