Kilo of Catnip

Kilo of Catnip is a consumable that fully restores a character's mana. Unlike most mana restoratives, it works even on characters afflicted with the No Mana Regen condition.

The ability to bypass No Mana Regen is its defining advantage over standard mana items. No Mana Regen typically locks a character out of any ability costs after the first use, but Kilo of Catnip circumvents that restriction entirely, effectively resetting the character's mana pool regardless of their condition state. This makes it the only reliable emergency mana option for characters suffering that debuff.

If your key ability-user has No Mana Regen, Kilo of Catnip becomes a high-priority item — essentially allowing them to fire off their most powerful abilities once per item use. Even without the debuff, it is a strong full-restore option for any ability-heavy build.
