No Mana Regen blocks all mana regeneration for the affected unit. The unit's mana pool stops refilling naturally, meaning they can only use whatever mana they currently have until the debuff expires.

No Mana Regen is devastating for casters in extended fights. Without regeneration, every spell cast draws from a finite pool that will not replenish. Ration mana carefully while this debuff is active, saving expensive abilities for critical moments. Physical attackers are largely unaffected. Combining No Mana Regen with Mana Leeches on an enemy caster effectively shuts down their magical capabilities entirely.
