The exact status determines whether this timing advantage is meaningful.

Lil' Tumor is most useful when the applied status has a long enough duration to persist into subsequent fights — essentially free pre-buff stacking over the course of a run. The face slot has many stronger alternatives for pure combat value, so only equip this when the between-fight status timing specifically fits your strategy.
