Magneto is a rare head armor that gives 1 Shield, the Metal type tag, a status on movement end, and a status when gaining coins. The Metal tag may interact with magnetic or lightning effects in the game. The dual trigger mechanics — from moving and from collecting coins — reward active positioning and economy-focused play simultaneously, making it an interesting piece for mobile or coin-heavy builds.
The movement-end trigger fires each time the wearer stops moving, which in a positional combat system could proc multiple times per fight depending on how often repositioning happens. The coin-gain trigger is rarer in combat but fires during economic interactions, map traversal, or abilities that generate coins mid-fight. Having two different trigger conditions means the status applications come from completely separate activities, diversifying when and how often the passive fires. The 1 Shield provides minimal absorb but the Metal tag opens Metal synergy interactions.
Magneto suits builds that move frequently in combat and also generate coins through abilities or items. Classes with teleport, dash, or repositioning mechanics proc the movement trigger often, while builds that use coin-generating consumables or abilities get bonus status from economic activity. The rare slot is a big cost for 1 Shield, so the value lives entirely in the dual status procs. In runs where movement is integral to your strategy, the proc rate can be surprisingly high and Magneto becomes a strong passive engine.
