A dripping IV line worn around the neck. ConvertDamageToScaledStatus converts incoming damage into a scaled status effect — the more damage received, the larger the status proc. Rather than simply taking the hit, the wearer transforms punishment into a debuff on the attacker or a buff on themselves. Unusual and powerful in sustained brawls where damage is unavoidable.
