The 3-wide row pattern means Nail Board hits up to 3 targets simultaneously for 8 damage each, giving it a potential total of 24 damage in a single action. The key limitation is positioning — enemies must be adjacent and aligned horizontally in front of the user for full efficiency. Even hitting 2 targets per swing makes it extremely cost-effective for its 4 uses. As a Wood set item, it may synergize with other Wood pieces for additional bonuses.

Nail Board rewards builds that can control enemy positioning — use knockback or push abilities to line up multiple targets before swinging.
