Obelisk Pauldrons

A rare neck armor from The Moon, obtained through the Mysterious Obelisk event, part of the Obelisk set. Provides +1 Holy Shield and grants +2 DEX and +2 LCK each time you kill an enemy — but these bonuses vanish the moment you take damage. The Obelisk set rewards flawless, aggressive play: the kill bonuses stack quickly during a clean fight but reset on any hit, making it ideal for fast, evasive builds that can chain kills without getting touched.

Each kill adds +2 DEX and +2 LCK independently from each Obelisk piece equipped. With all three Obelisk pieces worn, every kill generates +6 DEX and +6 LCK simultaneously. DEX boosts accuracy and dodge, while LCK improves critical hit rates and loot quality — both stats reward the sustained offensive pressure needed to keep killing enemies before getting hit. Holy Shield gives a small buffer before the reset condition triggers.

The Obelisk set is a high-risk, high-reward loadout for skilled aggressive players. Builds with high base dodge, evasion abilities, or high-speed kill potential can maintain the kill stack long enough for DEX and LCK to compound into dominant numbers. Avoid it on slow or tanky builds that expect to take hits — the reset condition makes the set nearly worthless if damage is inevitable.
