The bonus damage persists across battles within a run but resets at the end of the adventure. Part of the Obelisk set. Equip it early and use it consistently to snowball into a late-run powerhouse.

Each swing permanently increases damage by 2 until used 9 times total, meaning a single run spent landing hits translates directly into massive damage output by endgame. The persistence across battles within a run is key — use it liberally in early fights to build up stacks safely, then unleash the fully-charged weapon against bosses and elites. The Obelisk set may provide additional bonuses when combined with other Obelisk pieces.

Equip it at the very start of a run and use it as your primary weapon in every fight to stack charges before the difficulty ramps up.
