Odd Medallion

A peculiar medallion with no clear origin. SPD+6 is one of the largest single-item Speed bonuses in the game, pushing the wearer to the very top of initiative order. PoopWhenHit spawns poop on the battlefield whenever the wearer is struck, and RevengeDamage deals damage back to the attacker simultaneously. The speed boost alone makes this exceptional — the revenge and poop are bonuses that make melee engagement unpredictable for enemies.

Spawning poop tiles when hit serves multiple purposes: poop is a hazard that can slip enemies and create terrain disruption, and in some builds it interacts with poop-eating abilities or poop-based damage multipliers. The RevengeDamage adds a direct punishment on top. A cat with this medallion that gets hit frequently becomes increasingly surrounded by hostile terrain while dealing revenge hits on every strike.

Best on any class that benefits from acting first — the speed advantage is universal. High-speed builds that also have poop synergies (Fecal set items, poop-eating abilities) treat the poop spawns as a feature rather than flavor. At uncommon rarity this is one of the stronger speed items available without rare tier, making it a high-priority pickup in most runs.
