Odd Medallion

A peculiar medallion with no clear origin. SPD+6 is one of the largest single-item Speed bonuses in the game, pushing the wearer to the very top of initiative order. PoopWhenHit spawns poop on the battlefield whenever the wearer is struck, and RevengeDamage deals damage back to the attacker simultaneously. The speed boost alone makes this exceptional — the revenge and poop are bonuses that make melee engagement unpredictable for enemies.
