The Pipe's 10% Stun chance means that over many attacks it becomes a statistical certainty, but in any given fight you shouldn't count on it. When Stun does trigger it's extremely disruptive — removing an enemy's turn can prevent meaningful damage from a threat that would otherwise act before you can finish it off. The 3 base damage is modest, placing Pipe in the steady-damage category rather than burst. Being part of the Lead set, it synergizes with other Lead items that may amplify its Stun proc rate or provide damage bonuses.
Pipe suits builds that attack frequently — high Speed or multi-attack classes turn the 10% chance into reliable Stun procs through sheer volume. Pair it with the Lead set to maximize potential synergies and consider it as a complement to crowd-control focused builds. Against tough solo enemies, the occasional Stun can be the difference between surviving a dangerous ability or getting hit.
