CHA+2 helps social and charisma-scaling builds, but the real value for explosion builds is IncreaseExplosionSize and IncreaseExplosionDamage stacked together — larger blast radius and more damage per detonation. Pairs perfectly with the explosion-focused Steven head piece and any build centered around bombs or explosive abilities.

IncreaseExplosionSize expands the area of effect for all explosions the wearer triggers, catching more targets within each blast. IncreaseExplosionDamage multiplies how hard each explosion hits those targets. These two passives scale multiplicatively with each other in effect: bigger blast plus more damage per tile hit means dramatically higher total output from a single detonation. The CHA+2 is a welcome bonus on builds that combine charisma with explosive abilities.

Rad Glasses are the mandatory face item for any explosion-focused build. Stack them with Bomb Ears or Steve's Explosive Head for compounding blast amplification. The CHA+2 makes them solid even on non-explosion builds where charisma matters. Light on defensive value, so pair with a shield-heavy neck item or armor if survivability is a concern.
