Rubber Fist

An uncommon melee weapon from the Rubber set that deals no damage but knocks back an adjacent target 1 tile and inflicts Confusion 1. A control-focused weapon — use it to disorient a high-priority enemy and push them away in one action. Confusion impairs targeting, making it harder for the affected unit to aim follow-up attacks.

Confusion 1 reduces the target's ability to aim accurately, causing some of their attacks to miss or be redirected to unintended targets. Combined with the knockback push, the Rubber Fist creates distance and reduces threat level simultaneously. The Rubber set membership means it complements other Rubber items including Old Hose and Rubber Bat for set synergies.

Best used on dangerous melee or ranged attackers where the combination of Confusion and knockback buys extra turns of safety. Works as a secondary weapon for any build that needs occasional crowd control without committing to a dedicated CC weapon. The lack of direct damage means it's purely a utility choice — equip it when controlling enemy positioning is more important than dealing damage this turn.
