The damage is solid for the rarity, and Blind 2 can be highly disruptive — blinded enemies have severely reduced accuracy and vision. The proc rate is lower than some CC weapons but meaningful over multiple shots. Part of the Wood set alongside Big Stick, Biggest Stick, and Stick.

Blind 2 significantly impairs the target's ability to land hits and potentially reduces their attack range or sight radius. With a 33% proc rate, over 3 shots you expect at least 1 Blind application on average. The 4 ranged damage is competitive for uncommon weapons, making each shot valuable whether or not Blind triggers. Against high-accuracy enemies that hit reliably, landing Blind can dramatically reduce incoming damage.

A solid all-around ranged weapon for builds that want both consistent damage and occasional CC utility.
