Rare head armor from the Necromancer set. When you destroy a corpse, spawn 2 Spiderlings. Pairs naturally with necromancer-style builds that can rapidly pop corpses, turning each eliminated enemy into two additional combatants. The Spiderlings are small but numerous — in fights with many enemies, you can generate a swarm that overwhelms the remaining opposition.
