A very rare neck piece linked to one of Steven's companions, rewarding spellcasters with an extra effect after every spell. The StatusAfterCastSpell passive triggers a status whenever the wearer finishes casting, turning a high-output mage into a status-application machine on top of their normal damage. Part of the Steven equipment set, it stacks particularly well with builds that cast frequently or have reduced mana costs, squeezing extra value out of every spell in the rotation.

StatusAfterCastSpell fires after each spell is used, applying a status effect. The status could target the caster as a self-buff, an enemy as a debuff, or nearby units as an area effect — the specific behavior matters a great deal for how the passive integrates into combat. In high-frequency cast builds, this trigger fires on every turn, generating consistent status pressure without any dedicated action cost.

Best paired with Steven (ElementalManaCostReduction neck) to enable more frequent casts and therefore more status procs per fight. INT-heavy casters with deep ability rosters get the most triggers per encounter. Avoid on builds that rarely cast spells — the passive only triggers on spell casts, not basic attacks or passive abilities. In the Steven set context, this is the status-generation piece that complements the mana efficiency and bolt-firing variants.
