Steven's Gristle

A very rare Steven set weapon unlocked by defeating Guillotina 2 on Crazy difficulty. Starts at 1 damage with 99 uses — and grows with every kill: each defeated enemy adds +1 damage and +1 use permanently for the run. Units killed by it don't leave corpses, which affects mechanics tied to body interaction. The scaling is the selling point; a well-fed Gristle can become a dominant weapon by mid-run. Damage bonuses reset between adventures, so the snowball starts fresh each time. Part of the full Steven item set.
