A neck armor trinket from the Guts set that doubles the effect of every consumable you use. Healing items restore twice as much HP, buff consumables last longer or hit harder, and any other single-use effect is amplified 2x. Does not apply to item rerolls from the D6. Best on cats who carry a heavy consumable loadout — a single well-timed double-effect heal or buff can swing a difficult fight.
