Stunning Chain

Very rare neck armor from the Stunning set. Doubles the passive effects of your Face and Head armor. Metal-tagged. Part of the Stunning set with the Stunning Beard and Stunning Haircut — together, all three pieces double each other's slots, effectively tripling the value of whatever armor you're wearing underneath. Stack with high-value armor in all slots for game-defining builds.

As the neck piece, the Stunning Chain doubles the passives on your Face and Head armor slots. This pairs especially well with face armors that carry powerful on-hit effects or status procs, since doubling them effectively gives you two triggers for every one. The Metal tag adds electrical conductivity as a minor downside in specific encounters. In the full Stunning set, each piece doubles two of the other three slots simultaneously.

Prioritize the Stunning set when you've already assembled strong face and head armor with high passive values. Grub set pieces become twice as likely to spawn Maggots, Obelisk pieces double their kill-bonus rates, and Rotten Meat pieces generate minions twice as fast. The Stunning Chain is a build multiplier — it makes good armor great, and great armor dominant.
