Super Dunce Cap erases nearly all INT-based capability, gutting spell power and any ability that scales with Intelligence. In most cases this is a pure downside, but it may have niche applications in builds that intentionally target low-INT thresholds, passive triggers keyed to low INT, or compositions that simply don't use any INT-scaling effects at all.
