A rare Radioactive set melee weapon that deals 2 damage and inflicts -1 Constitution, Poison 2, and Weakness 1 on hit. The debuff package is strong, but the real payoff is its passive: if the wielder is downed at the end of battle, they gain a random mutation. This synergizes with abilities like Absorb Soul, Flatline, and Play Dead, and with items like Bulletproof Vest (prevents injury while downed) or Zenkai Boost (permanent stat gain on down).
