Wiz Cheese

A common trinket that grants +1 CON. Constitution boosts max HP and other survival-related stats, making Wiz Cheese a reliable filler in the trinket slot for any build that wants a little extra health buffer. Like other basic stat common trinkets, it's most valuable early and best replaced with something more specialized as the run progresses.

+1 CON from the trinket slot is a modest but consistent HP increase every floor. Constitution compounds well with healing abilities and regen effects — a bigger max HP pool means more room to recover from hits before going critical. As one of the base stat common trinkets, Wiz Cheese will appear frequently enough that you'll see it early in most runs.

Wiz Cheese is most useful in builds that want to stack CON alongside Rat Heart and other HP-boosting trinkets, or in Copycat builds where the +1 CON becomes +2 or more per piece. It's worth holding early when nothing better has appeared, but should be actively upgraded at the first shop offering a passive trinket with more combat impact. Compared to Pull Tab (+4 Shield), Wiz Cheese's +1 CON is the weaker defensive common option.
