Frank is the contractor of your cat operation, expanding your home one room at a time in exchange for Retired Cats — cats that have returned from at least one adventure. Each of his four upgrades adds a new room to your house, up to a maximum of five rooms total. More rooms mean more breeding pairs you can maintain simultaneously, dramatically increasing your ability to produce specialized cats and lock in favorable genetics. Since each room comfortably houses 4 cats before comfort penalties kick in, Frank is essential for scaling your operation. Retire cats generously and level him up as early as possible to give your breeding program room to grow.
