All Stats Up is rare and typically comes from powerful abilities, consumables, or specific event rewards. Because it scales every aspect of a cat's performance, it benefits generalist builds and hybrid cats the most, since specialists may only care about one or two stats. The buff stacks, so multiple applications compound into a massive overall power spike. Its negative counterpart, All Stats Down, is equally devastating as a debuff, so cleansing it quickly is critical.
