Attraction
The thing attracting you is gone. Does nothing.
Attraction is a movement-controlling debuff that forces the afflicted unit to move toward the unit that applied it at the start of each turn. If the attracted unit has Bonus Move available, it will consume the Bonus Move to move even closer. This forced movement pulls the unit out of its preferred position and into proximity with the attractor, which is often dangerous given that the attractor is typically an enemy.
Attraction is persistent and does not decay on its own, making it a lasting positional control effect. The forced movement occurs at the start of the turn before voluntary actions, meaning the unit's movement phase is partially consumed by the attraction pull. Against melee enemies, being pulled toward them is especially dangerous as it puts you in their attack range. Against ranged enemies, the pull disrupts your own positioning and can drag you away from allies.
Attraction functions as the opposite of Fear: Fear pushes units away from enemies, while Attraction pulls them toward a specific target. Both effects waste the unit's movement by forcing non-voluntary repositioning. Cleansing Attraction is important for maintaining positional control, especially for ranged cats that need to stay at a distance. When applied to enemies, Attraction can be used to pull them into traps, hazardous terrain, or the range of your melee fighters.
