Constitution Up

Constitution Up temporarily increases a unit's Constitution stat, boosting maximum health and damage resistance. A cat with Constitution Up can absorb more punishment before going down, making it an excellent defensive buff for frontliners expecting heavy incoming damage.

Constitution Up pairs well with healing effects since the increased max health gives more room for recovery. Stack it alongside Shield or Brace for layered defense. Its negative counterpart, Constitution Down, reduces survivability and is particularly dangerous when combined with Fragile or damage-over-time effects.
