Energized

Takes an extra turn. Cannot be Energized again until after that turn ends.

Energized grants the afflicted unit an extra turn at the end of the round. The unit cannot gain additional turns during its Energized turn, preventing infinite turn chains. This extra action is extremely valuable, effectively doubling the unit's output for that round. Energized is consumed after providing the extra turn, so it must be reapplied each round for sustained benefit.

Energized has a critical interaction with Robot-type units: when a Robot is hit by electric-element damage, instead of being Stunned, it gains Energized. This reversal means electric attacks that would normally disable a target instead empower Robot enemies with extra turns. This is one of the most important elemental interactions to remember, as using electric abilities against Robots actively helps them.

For your own cats, Energized can be granted through various abilities and items. The extra turn it provides allows for additional movement, attacks, and spell casts, making it one of the strongest tempo buffs available. Energized is especially powerful on cats with many abilities or high damage output, as the extra turn multiplies their contribution to the fight. When facing Robot enemies, avoid electric-element attacks entirely and use other damage types to prevent granting them free Energized turns.
