Next Action Luck Up

Internal engine status effect. Increases the Luck stat for the unit's next action only. The bonus affects crit chance, status application odds, and other Luck-influenced rolls for a single action, then is consumed. Used by abilities that grant a one-time lucky strike rather than a sustained Luck buff.
