Promote

Promote elevates a unit's combat capability, granting a tier-up in overall effectiveness. A Promoted unit gains stat bonuses across the board, functioning as a powered-up version of themselves for the duration.

Promote is a broad power increase similar to All Stats Up but framed as a rank upgrade. It benefits every aspect of a cat's performance simultaneously. The enhanced version, Promote+, provides even larger bonuses. On enemies, Promote makes them noticeably more dangerous across all their capabilities. Prioritize disabling or bursting down Promoted enemies before they can leverage their enhanced stats.
