Status Effect
Soul Link
Whenever a soul linked character loses health, all soul linked characters lose that health as well.
Soul Link binds two units together so that damage dealt to one is shared with the other. When either linked unit takes damage, a portion of that damage is also applied to the linked partner, spreading the pain between them.
Soul Link can be used offensively or defensively depending on who is linked to whom. Linking a tanky cat to a squishy one distributes damage more evenly, keeping the squishy cat alive longer. Linking an enemy to itself or to another enemy means damage dealt to one hurts both, effectively doubling your damage output. Be careful about Soul Link on your own cats: if one cat takes a massive hit, the link could down both cats simultaneously. Break line of sight or cleanse the link if the shared damage becomes dangerous.
