Cast a fire/electric spell that inflicts Burn 1 and has a 15% chance to inflict Stun in an X shaped area.

Firebolt is a dual fire/electric spell that hits an X-shaped area, inflicting Burn 1 and carrying a 15% chance to Stun each target hit. The cross-shaped AOE can catch multiple clustered enemies and the Stun chance adds useful disruption on top of the damage-over-time.
