Scorched Earth

Survive the Pyrophina vs Zaratana Kaiju battle on Hard difficulty to unlock the Scorched Earth item. On Hard, both Kaiju have increased HP and elite modifiers, making the crossfire between them significantly more lethal. The battlefield becomes a dangerous mess of fire, lava, and dark energy much faster than on Normal. Your primary goal is survival, as both Kaiju will mostly attack each other. Focus your damage on whichever Kaiju you want to eliminate first to end the fight sooner. Fire resistance, Water abilities, and Cleanse are critical for managing the constant environmental damage. Unlike the Normal collar achievements, this reward does not depend on which Kaiju wins.
