Throbbing Gristle

Defeat Guillotina, the first House Boss in the Throbbing Domain, to unlock the Throbbing Gristle weapon. Guillotina is a massive, cannibalistic stray cat with 400 HP who attacks three times per round. She can inhale and swallow your cats whole, so keep mobile and spread out. At 50% HP she enrages, healing and becoming far more aggressive. In Phase 2 her body and head separate, each with 250 HP; focus the head first since destroying it also removes 100 HP from the body. Water abilities help with dodge in the grassy arena, and Poison is excellent for whittling down her large health pool. The Throbbing Gristle is also a quest item needed to access the Wall of Flesh.
