Primordial Dwarf is a birth defect disorder whose specific in-game effects are not yet documented in the data files. Based on the separate Primordial Dwarfism entry, this disorder likely causes extreme size reduction in the cat, providing evasion bonuses from the smaller hitbox while imposing stat penalties to Strength and Constitution. The tiny size makes the cat harder to hit but physically weaker.
Primordial Dwarf is heritable and belongs to the birth defect category, meaning it most commonly appears on kittens at birth. Inbreeding increases the chance of birth defects like this one appearing. It can also be acquired through events or applied with a Disorder Syringe from the Organ Grinder. This disorder is related to but distinct from the Dwarfism disorder, with Primordial Dwarf representing a more extreme version of the size reduction. The wiki.gg wiki categorizes it among the 21 birth defect disorders.
If Primordial Dwarf follows the pattern of Primordial Dwarfism (STR -2, CON -1 with evasion bonus), it would work best on ranged or caster cats that benefit from the evasion but do not rely on Strength for damage. The stat penalties make it poor for melee fighters. Dodge-stacking builds that combine this with Nudist (+50% dodge), Anxiety (+10% dodge), or Borrowed Time (+50% dodge) could create a nearly unhittable cat, though the HP reduction from lost Constitution makes any hit that does land much more dangerous.
