Disorder
Sickly
Cat is prone to illness. Caused by dirty nursery environments.
Sickly makes your cat prone to illness, increasing its susceptibility to diseases. Cats with Sickly are more likely to contract contagious diseases like Covid, The Flu, Pox, and other disease-type disorders. This disorder is often caused by dirty nursery environments with low Health stats, reflecting poor living conditions during the cat's development.
Sickly is heritable and can pass from parent to kitten through breeding. It can also be acquired from dirty nursery conditions, through events, or applied with a Disorder Syringe from the Organ Grinder. The increased disease susceptibility means a Sickly cat is more likely to pick up additional disorders during adventures, potentially filling both disorder slots with unwanted diseases.
Sickly should be replaced as soon as possible since it makes the cat more vulnerable to acquiring other negative disorders. The increased disease risk compounds over time, as each contracted disease occupies a disorder slot and may spread to other party members if contagious. Maintaining a clean nursery with high Health stats prevents Sickly from appearing on new kittens. If a cat has Sickly, prioritize replacing it before the increased vulnerability leads to worse disorders.
