Shielded4 is the Chapter 4 variant of the Shielded elite buff, granting 16 points of non-stacking Shield that regenerates to full at the beginning of each round. The enemy also has its maximum health reduced by 20% to partially offset this substantial barrier. The blue-tinted elite must have its entire Shield pool depleted before any damage reaches its actual health, and the shield fully restores each new round, resetting your progress.

With 16 Shield points regenerating every round, Shielded4 is one of the most demanding elite buffs in the game. Teams that deal damage in small increments across many turns will struggle enormously because all their chip damage is erased at the start of each round. This is the late-game version of an already punishing buff, and encountering it on a high-health enemy in Chapter 4 can make fights feel nearly impossible without proper damage concentration. Combined with other defensive buffs, Shielded4 can create functionally immortal enemies.

You must deal more than 16 damage in a single round to make any real progress against Shielded4 enemies. Front-load all your burst damage into focused rounds rather than spreading it out. Abilities that ignore or bypass Shield are invaluable here. The Marked status effect lets damage bypass Shield entirely. Shield-breaking abilities or effects that remove Shield stacks without dealing damage also help. Coordinate your team's attacks to break the shield early in the round and then pile on damage before it regenerates. The 20% health reduction means the kill is fast once you can consistently punch through the barrier.
