Caveman Woman

The Caveman Woman is a melee enemy found in the Ice Age chapter as part of the caveman faction. Her most distinctive mechanic involves using cats as weapons — she will pick up and throw cat-type units as projectiles, potentially dealing impact damage to other units they land on. She is also noted as pregnant, which may factor into specific game events or interactions.

The cat-as-weapon mechanic makes the Caveman Woman uniquely dangerous in mixed encounters involving cat-type enemies: she can grab an enemy cat and weaponize it against your party, dealing collision damage and repositioning both the thrown cat and its target. This can chain disrupt positioning in tight rooms. Her pregnancy status creates the possibility of additional spawn events depending on the encounter's progression.

Keep your cats away from both the Caveman Woman and any nearby cat-type enemies she could grab and throw. Eliminating nearby cat enemies before they can be used as improvised weapons reduces this threat significantly. Knockback abilities can disrupt her before she executes the grab. Engage her from range if possible to avoid the grapple range entirely.
