The Fuhrerfotus is a grotesque 13 HP enemy found in The Future chapter. One of Mewgenics' most darkly satirical creatures, it is a fetal parody of fascism that serves as sharp social commentary dressed in horror-comedy clothing. Its unsettling design and name reference historical fascist imagery, filtered through the game's characteristic Edmund McMillen absurdism.

In combat, the Fuhrerfotus uses Fury Swipes for rapid multi-hit melee damage and a Heil attack that functions as a special ability. The Fury Swipes can deliver multiple hits in rapid succession, making it dangerous when it closes to melee range. Its 13 HP gives it moderate durability for a Future chapter enemy, and its combination of abilities makes it a persistent offensive threat that demands attention.

Ranged attacks are the safest approach to avoid Fury Swipes' multi-hit melee damage. Focus fire to eliminate it before it can close in on your cats.
