Tiny Tumor

Tiny Tumor is a summon-type familiar that spawns from Mother set items — both at the start of battle and when a Tiny Tumor is defeated. Its melee attack permanently reduces the target's Constitution by 1 and has a chance to inflict Cancer. This makes even a single Tiny Tumor a long-term danger if it successfully lands repeated hits, as the Constitution drain accumulates across the run. It appears in all chapters wherever Mother equipment is present.
