The Godhead Set provides extraordinary sustain — at the start of each round, you heal up to 50% of your max HP, and this triggers even while you're downed. The healing while downed effectively makes you extremely difficult to permanently eliminate, as you can recover from a downed state between rounds without ally intervention. Best paired with high-Constitution builds that maximize the absolute HP healed per round.
