Alien Tech

A rare drop from The Man in the Moon and part of the Space item set, Alien Tech is a once-per-battle charged beam weapon. You target an area on one turn, and at the start of your next turn a hyper beam fires there dealing 20 damage and knocking all units back 10 tiles. The one-turn delay requires reading the battle and committing early, but the payoff — 20 damage plus enormous knockback — is hard to match. Ideal for bottlenecks and clustered enemies. The massive pushback can also reposition dangerous melee threats away from vulnerable allies.
