Black Candle

Black Candle is a rare head armor that provides 1 Shield, enables the wearer to remove cursed items, and excludes them from certain events. The curse removal utility alone makes it a strategic pick in runs where cursed items are a recurring problem — being able to unequip normally permanent curse items is a rare and valuable ability. The ExcludeFromEvents passive may protect from harmful event outcomes as well.
